  • The new Trump tariffs will likely hit this luxury clothing brand hard soon, as 24% of their exports are to the US. Note: they do have their quarterly earnings call scheduled for Thursday, Feb 6.

  • The big level to watch just before the call is the $11.3s daily 200SMA level. The stock has had a history of rejecting this indicator since 2023.

  • If the stock keeps rejecting the said KL, then we could see it retest $10.5 and potentially lower to ATL $9s.

  • The stock plunged 17% last week with the news of a much more capital-efficient AI model, DeepSeek.

  • Despite the next couple of days technical rebound back to $129s, the stock closed weak on Friday as new Trump tariffs loom.

  • We could potentially see the stock take another leg down, IF the $116s daily support is broken next week.

  • If it does break down, we can see the stock test $108s. This would be an area of interest for a potential swing trading setup.

  • It's a micro-float name that got pumped up by some fluffy news headline.

  • Judging from its daily chart, it’s not difficult to see that the stock has a history of not holding gains. After each breakout, it’s likely to sell off the entire ramp short term.

  • Leaning short-biased on this name. If the stock retests the $4.6-$5s daily rejection area, we could see a complete unwind to the downside.
