  • The stock is finally reclaiming above the 200SMA daily and attempting to hold that psychological level.

  • The key level to hold is the $53.8s breakout level. If its able to consolidate and hold that area despite the market pull back recently, then we could potentially see another leg up on this name.

  • This is a potential swing idea only if it holds the said KL.

  • The stock surged after earnings report and announcing a $1.8B acquisition of a rival company.

  • The stock had been in a long-term downtrend for the second half of 2024. This gap up, if held, could signal investor optimism and a technical reversal for the stock.

  • Staying neutral on this name for now. If the stock can hold its KL $32, we could see a potential bigger reversal move to the upside.

  • This is a potential swing trading idea.
